The latest NHRA-MVC System has been live for over two months, and its new automated, AI-powered EPCIS data quality checks enhance compliance with the Kingdom of Bahrain’s EPCIS requirements.

However, some MAHs have yet to complete the necessary steps to transition to the latest NHRA-MVC System. If your company is among them, you may currently be NON-COMPLIANT with Supreme Council of Health Legislative Decree No. 41 of 2017. Download the latest announcement here.

About NHRA-MVC

The NHRA Medical Value Chain (NHRA-MVC) Traceability Hub is an end-to-end track and trace application and data repository platform for all pharmaceutical products within Bahrain.

The NHRA-MVC administrative team has the necessary experience and knowledge working with all aspects of the Bahrain pharmaceutical supply chain to enable NHRA to be compliant with the Supreme Council of Health’s published Legislative Decree No. 41 of 2017 regulation “Issuing a Track and Trace System for the Supply Chain of Medicine within the Kingdom of Bahrain”.

The NHRA-MVC program is to provide a track and trace system that will ensure patient safety and security, and the integrity of the supply chain of medicine within the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Our Vision at the NHRA for the NHRA-MVC program is to provide full traceability of products, from manufacturing to dispensing, enabling safe, high quality pharmaceutical products to be delivered throughout the Kingdom of Bahrain.
