Important Info for New and Existing Users

New Entities and Users:
- New users joining the program will be onboarded by:
- Following the NHRA process for registration inside of the Kingdom of Bahrain PPR_Guideline_Medicine Licensing Guideline_V.3.0_2020.pdf
- Upon provision of the Facility License number by the NHRA, they will be contacted by the MVC-NHRA team to inform them of the links, credentials and support resources.
- Onboarding and Technical certification will be performed in the portal and once complete, credentials to the production system will be granted.
- Any new user who has not been contacted by the NHRA-MVC team should contact Accounts.BH@avc360.com

Existing Registered Entities:
- All existing registered entities have been automatically re-registered in the new system without need for user involvement.
- All existing users have been contacted with necessary links and support resources for managing the record in the new system.
- If any existing user has not received the notification letter, please contact us at Accounts.BH@avc360.com
- Billing will no longer be available inside the new system and will be handled directly by the Accounts Team, who can be contacted at Accounts.BH@avc360.com
- All existing contracts and terms will be unaffected by the changes of the system provider.
